Lexington Mews is a diverse community consisting of 140 units, each unit belonging to one of four distinct styles. Our community features a playground, underground heated pool, and tennis court available on the premises for the use of our residents and their guests. An ideal location to experience the four seasons, we live in a quiet, picturesque setting with abundant foliage and wildlife, yet we are only minutes from Interstate 84, and located equidistantly from Hartford, New Haven, and New York City.
Our demographics include a pleasant mixture of singles, couples, families with children, working professionals, and retirees. Social activities such as the annual pool party, offer residents an opportunity to become acquainted with one other and make new friends.
Lexington Mews is one of the best maintained condominiums in the area with brilliant landscaping, impeccable maintenance, and responsive property management, overseen by a Board of Directors composed of community volunteers. We conduct reserve studies every three to four years and proactively ensure that common charges will be able to adequately fund replacements of decks, roads, roofs, and other property infrastructure at the proper time.
